About the Artist
"Driven by line and form, my work usually starts as a drawing which is translated into clay and shaped by many unconnected influences. Taking the utilitarian and reimagining it into something which is functional yet ornate, exploring the idea of industrial fragility. Created with intuitive intention, each piece is to be used ritualistically."
 
Karl Sebastian studied Fine Art Sculpture at the University of Brighton, where he was taught to work in a multitude of materials. He currently lives and works in London.
