Her connection with nature and fascination with birds only grows as she delves deeper, exploring different ways the avian subject can be interpreted through drawings and her sculptural work.
 
Living in London, a lot of Connolly’s interaction with birds had been through the museum, informing her aesthetic choices and use of different modes of display.
