About Ritika Anand
Ritika Anand is a Gurgaon (India) based ceramist and furniture designer seamlessly blending art, design and sustainability through clay. In her artistic journey spanning 8 years, she is guided by a profound love for ceramics, her transition to working with clay reflects a commitment to sustainable materials and working with her hands to bring alive the thought.
 
Her artistic language extends from crafting functional tableware to sculpting evocative sculptural pieces. Nature takes centre stage in her body of work, as she explores the intricate connections between humanity and the natural ecosystem. Rooted in keen observation and material sensitivity, her pieces are defined by raw textures, layered surfaces and an organic balance between control and spontaneity.
 
Her works have been exhibited in various national and international shows and she has undertaken workshops across India which helps evolve her artistic journey. Her pieces have also been featured in international art publications, recognising her distinctive voice in contemporary clay art.
