About Pat Marvell
After a career in education and public sector consultancy, Pat pursued her dream to work with glass. After achieving her diplomas at WAES, she set up a studio at home, where she also supports new learners.
 
Pat finds most of her inspiration in nature, and much of her recent work is created by forming collages of texture taken directly from natural objects. She also enjoys the unpredictability of using wax and ice as her modelling medium.
